July Installation
Cloaked in mist and dark, a group of rebel knitters descend on Hosier Lane. A lookout positioned at either end of the alley. A team on each bollard, some to hold, some to stitch. Photographers and a getaway driver. "Knitta Litta" unleash their first installation of knitted graffiti art and "the warming" begins...

(I am starting to wonder if maybe we need secret knitta code names... I'm going to start brainstorming!)
That is so awesome, I hope it's still up so I can check it out tomorrow. I wouldn't be surprised if people have taken them already.
I saw Knittas Please on Artland USA a couple of months ago and wondered if it had spread to other cities around the world. It's brilliant that you guys are doing this in Melbourne.
Thanks Jenn!
Unfortunately 2 have already been stolen but there are still two left!
Knitta please have been a great inspiration. Melbourne definitely needs some woolen warming this time of year!
